Iran warns of battlefield response to breach

Iran is capable of pursuing negotiations and confrontation at the same time.

Axar.az reports, citing Fars, that acting Defense Minister Seyed Majid Ibn al-Reza made the remarks on Friday on the sidelines of a farewell ceremony for senior commanders of the armed forces.

“The Islamic Republic of Iran has the ability to advance negotiations and respond simultaneously,” he said.

“If we see any breach of commitments during the negotiations, we will respond on the battlefield,” Ibn al-Reza added.
