Axar.az reports that Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov made the remark while commenting on Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky’s statement that he would be prepared to meet Russian President Vladimir Putin in Konstantinovka.

“But we would like to remind him that President Putin has spoken of his readiness to receive him in Moscow. After all, Moscow is the capital of Russia, not Konstantinovka,” Peskov stressed.

Peskov added that Zelensky "can come to Moscow as soon as he is ready to make important and responsible decisions.".

Earlier, Zelensky, commenting on Russia’s claims of taking full control of Konstantinovka, indirectly suggested a meeting with Putin.
