Russian strike on Zaporizhzhia kills two

At least two people were killed and three others injured after Russian forces struck the Ukrainian city of Zaporizhzhia with precision-guided aerial bombs.

Axar.az reports, citing Ukrainian media, that Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration head Ivan Fedorov said another person is believed to be trapped under the rubble.

According to Fedorov, the strike destroyed several private homes, damaged nearby buildings and sparked fires, which firefighters are working to extinguish.

Emergency services and rescue teams are at the scene, while the circumstances of the attack are being established.
