US missile hits Iran's Qeshm Island

A U.S. missile struck a coastal area near the town of Suza on Iran's Qeshm Island on Thursday.

Axar.az informs, citing Iranian media, that the missile hit the shoreline near Suza at approximately 6:50 p.m. local time (1520 GMT).

Authorities were assessing the extent of the attack and any resulting damage.

No casualties have been reported, and no further details have been released.
