One killed as Russia strikes Sumy with guided bombs

One person was killed and several others were injured after Russian forces attacked civilian infrastructure in the Ukrainian city of Sumy with guided aerial bombs overnight on August 4.

Axar.az informs, citing Ukrainian media, that according to the Sumy Regional Military Administration head Oleh Hryhorov, the strikes hit three locations in the city's Kovpakivskyi district.

"The attack targeted civilian infrastructure with guided aerial bombs. Hits were recorded at three locations in the Kovpakivskyi district.

Private homes and infrastructure facilities were hit. Unfortunately, at this time, we know of one person who was killed. There are also injured," he said.
