Papoyan: Armenia not abandoning Russian market

Armenian Economy Minister Gevorg Papoyan said that Armenia has no intention of abandoning the Russian market and is actively working with its Russian counterparts.

Axar.az reports, citing local media, that Papoyan made the remarks in an interview with Public Television.

According to him, the Armenian side does not dismiss the problems raised by its Russian counterparts. On the contrary, it is seeking to resolve them.

“We are not saying that we disagree with the problems raised by our Russian colleagues or that we will do nothing. We are looking for solutions to the issues they have raised,” the economy minister said.
