Ukraine’s Defense Forces struck the production facilities of the Azov Optical-Mechanical Plant in Azov, Rostov region, Russia, with Neptune cruise missiles.

Axar.az reports, citing local media, that according to the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Force, a fire broke out at the plant, while equipment in five production buildings was damaged.

It should be noted that the Azov Optical-Mechanical Plant is part of Russia’s Tactical Missiles Corporation. The facility manufactures optical-mechanical and optoelectronic products, electronic systems for artillery, missile and anti-tank weapons, as well as radar homing heads for tactical guided missiles.
