Armenia’s Metsamor Unit 2 reconnected to power grid

Unit 2 of Armenia’s Metsamor Nuclear Power Plant has been restarted and reconnected to the country’s unified power grid following scheduled maintenance.

Axar.az reports, citing local media, that according to Armenia’s Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure, David Khudatyan, the scheduled maintenance, which began on April 1, lasted 153 days.
