The motorcade carrying U.S. negotiators Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner, who arrived in Moscow, along with Kirill Dmitriev, the Russian president’s special representative for investment and economic cooperation with foreign countries and head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF), has arrived at the Kremlin.

Axar.az reports, citing Russian media, that earlier, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that Russian President Vladimir Putin would meet with Witkoff and Kushner, who are currently in Moscow, on September 5.

Russian President Vladimir Putin greeted U.S. negotiators Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner, who arrived at the Kremlin for talks on resolving the Ukraine conflict, in English.

The Russian leader said in English: “Welcome! Nice to meet you!”

Putin shook hands with his guests and waved to Kirill Dmitriev, the Russian president’s special representative for investment and economic cooperation with foreign countries and head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF).

The participants then took their seats at the round table. Putin’s aide for international affairs, Yuri Ushakov, sat to his right, while Dmitriev took the seat to his left.
