The Soros Foundation has published a concept of activities in Armenia. The title and all the clauses of the concept show that certain forces are gradually entering the Armenian government as a result of serious financial, human and other investment resources. It is clear from the concept that it was Soros who brought Nikol Pashinyan to power.

Axar.az reports this information was spread by "168 Jam" newspaper.

The newspaper said that from the first day of Soros's activity in Armenia, he focused on the judiciary. Thus, it was emphasized that they were under Soros's supervision from the first day of their appointment as judges in Armenia:

"Soros's second step in Armenia was the penitentiary system. As expected, the main support in solving the problem of the penitentiary system was given to a special group - LGBT. After that, the fund leaked to the police. At present, "Soros" is at the leading position in the police system."
