President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and Chairman of the People's Council of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov visited the Sea Breeze recreation center on July 16.

Axar.az reports that the founder of Sea Breeze, Emin Agalarov, informed the head of state and the chairman of the People's Council of Turkmenistan about the projects implemented in the resort area located on the coast of the Caspian Sea and planned for the coming period.

It was noted that this recreation center is only 30 minutes away from the capital. Bringing together numerous real estate objects in various formats, Sea Breeze is considered a unique project in the world. So far, more than 3 million square meters of residential and commercial real estate projects have been implemented and put into operation here, and more than 500 real estate objects have been built. In addition, a unique artificial peninsula in the shape of a crescent covering an area of ​​50 hectares will also be created on the territory.

20 thousand residents already live in Sea Breeze. By 2028, their number will exceed 50 thousand. After the project is fully completed, 500 thousand residents will live here.

In “Sea Breeze”, the necessary infrastructure has been established to create comfortable conditions for residents and guests, as well as to effectively organize their leisure time. Thus, more than 150 hectares of land have been allocated for recreation areas, parks, and beaches, a school, a kindergarten, hospital have been built, about 10 million plants and trees have been planted, bringing the total area of green areas to 300 hectares. Currently, the main projects of “Sea Breeze”, which currently covers an area of ​​500 hectares, are located along the coast.

6,560 people have been provided with jobs in the territory of “Sea Breeze”, and it is planned to significantly increase this figure in the future. The total amount of investment in the project has reached 3 billion US dollars. In the next five years, it is planned to attract more than 10 billion dollars in investment.
