Russian jets continue intensive strikes on ISIS positions

Russian airstrikes on ISIS positions in the Syrian desert.

Axar.az reports citing foreign media that regime forces are preparing for launching a large-scale campaign, with Russian support, on ISIS cells in the Syrian desert, from the eastern countryside of Homs and the southern and western countryside of Al-Raqqah to Deir Ezzor countryside.

Yesterday, a squadron of seven Russian jets flying this morning over the Syrian Desert in Homs and Al-Suwaidaa. The Russian jets executed several airstrikes, targeting positions of the “Islamic State” organization deployed in large swaths of the desert.
