An adviser to the Afghan president has been killed

Mohammad Hassan Hotak, the Afghan president's chief public relations adviser, has been killed in Kabul.

Axar.az reports citing Afghanistan's 1TV channel that he was killed near his home on Sunday evening.

Afghan President Ashraf Ghani condemned the killing in a statement, calling it an act of terrorism.
