A strong earthquake hit Turkey

A magnitude 5.4 earthquake shook the Puturga district of the Turkish city of Malatya.

Axar.az informs this was reported by the European Seismological Center.

The quake was felt in other areas, especially in the city of Adiyaman.

No casualties or damage were reported.

The Turkish Emergency Management Agency said the quake had a magnitude of 4.6.
