Turkey has summoned ambassadors of 10 countries to the Foreign Ministry.

Axar.az reports this information was spread by Anadolu Agency. The ambassadors of the United States, Germany, Denmark, Finland, France, the Netherlands, Sweden, Canada, Norway and New Zealand have been summoned to the Foreign Ministry.

The ambassadors were summoned to the Foreign Ministry because of the status they shared on social media in connection with the arrest of Osman Kavala. Thus, they said that Kavala's arrest overshadowed the rule of law and democracy in Turkey.

It should be noted that Kavala was arrested in 2016 for contacting the terrorist organization FETO and participating in a coup attempt.
