Although the online meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and US President Joe Biden was business-like, the talks were both a joke and a place to discuss the past.

Axar.az reports the statement came from Russian presidential aide Yuri Ushakov.

According to him, the use of jokes in the dialogue between serious people is understandable.

In addition, during the talks, Putin and Biden discussed common memories of World War II.

"They both said that maybe we should remember that we are allies more often. "Because our countries have a special responsibility to maintain peace and stability," Ushakov said.
