No agreement has been reached between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky on a meeting in Turkey. Because there was no real talk about it.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.

"No one denies the possibility of such a meeting. Putin says he is ready to meet with everyone to review the business, but it is necessary to agree on what will be achieved and discussed at the meeting. At present, there is no such agreement, " Peskov said.
