Russia has serious problems with the lack of military resources.

Axar.az reports that Ukrainian military expert Alexander Kovalenko made this statement.

According to him, the recent strikes by the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the Russian military warehouses have a serious impact on the effective and successful offensive operations of the Russians:

"Russia's offensive in Donbas has already subsided, and in some sectors of the front, the Ukrainian Armed Forces are launching a counterattack. This is just the beginning. I am sure that already at the end of July and the beginning of August, we will see the real collapse of both the management system and the support system of the occupying units of Russia."
