Australia predicts to go completely solar by 2026.

Axar.az reports that the experts of the Australian Energy Market Operator have released information about this.

According to information, Australia ranks first among countries in the world in terms of the number of solar panels. Experts have said that in November of this year, South Australia will cover 100% of its electricity needs with the help of solar panels. This will be the first large-scale solar energy system.

"Thus, with the help of mass use of renewable energy sources, the environmental situation will improve, because coal-fired power plants will no longer cause harm," the report said.
