Vorobyov: Yerevan destroys relations with Moscow

The ratification of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court by the Armenian parliament will not break the centuries-old friendship between the Russian and Armenian peoples. However, such a decision is an unfriendly step towards Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Axar.az reports that this was said by the vice-speaker of the Russian Federation Council, Yuri Vorobyov.

"The decision of the Armenian parliamentarians destroys the constructive and reliable relations formed within the framework of the work of the Russian-Armenian interparliamentary commission," he said.

It should be noted that today the Armenian parliament ratified the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court, which demands the extradition and arrest of Vladimir Putin.
