Ukraine has refused to participate in the agreement to ensure the safety of shipping in the Black Sea.

Axar.az reports that "Reuters" has published information about this concerning sources.

According to information, the UN called the parties to discuss the issue and Turkiye acted as a mediator between Russia and Ukraine:

"Ukraine agreed that Turkish President Erdogan will announce the agreement on March 30, but refused to approve the document at the last moment."
