The former president of Georgia, Mikheil Saakashvili, called on his supporters, who held a rally against the adoption of the draft law on foreign agents, to continue the protests and spread them throughout the country.

Axar.az reports that "Interfax" has published information about this.

"Strength is only together. Of course, the protests should continue and cover the whole of Georgia. The more we are, the sooner we will win," he said.

Saakashvili called on all opposition forces to unite before the parliamentary elections to be held in autumn.

It should be noted that today the Parliament of Georgia adopted the draft law on foreign agents in the first reading.
