Axar.az reports that these words were said by the Chairman of the Standing Committee on Foreign Relations of the Armenian Parliament, a deputy from the ruling "Civil Agreement" party, Sarkis Khandanyan, in a conversation with journalists.

He added that Armenia is capable of ensuring safety on the roads passing through its territory.
