In order to strike targets deep in Russia, Ukraine has converted its sports aircraft into long-range kamikaze UAVs.

Axar.az reports that "Forbes" wrote about this after analyzing the information about the fall of one such device in the depths of Russia.

A photo released this week by a Russian propagandist shows the light plane that crashed in a Russian field. This is a transformed Skyranger Nynja.

"Nynja" is similar in shape, size and performance to another Ukrainian sport aircraft "Aeroprakt" A-22. On April 2, at least one drone based on an A-22 and loaded with explosives crashed into the industrial town of the Alabuga special economic zone, 1,200 kilometers from the Ukrainian border. "Shahid" drones are assembled there for the Russian military.

"It seems that the crashed Nynja was equipped with a video camera that provided the operator with a picture. Communication is apparently via satellite. Autonomous navigation is most likely done using a GPS system. A FAB-100 light bomb was attached to the bottom of the crashed "Nynja", the article said.

It should be noted that the tactic of using a light engine aircraft (An-2) as an anti-aircraft missile belongs to the Azerbaijan Army. In the first days of the 44-day war, the Azerbaijani Army determined the location of the enemy HHM systems targeting the An-2s, which were converted into UAVs, destroyed them and took control of the entire sky in a short period of time.
