Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov has promised a reward of 1 million rubles to anyone who can guess what the presidents of Russia and Uzbekistan said to him in a video.

Axar.az reports that Kadyrov shared the aforementioned video on his own Telegram channel.

"In this video, the person who first guesses what Russian President Vladimir Putin and Uzbekistan President Shavkat Mirziyoyev said to me will receive a gift of one million rubles. The main condition is to publish the most detailed answer in the comments section below this video and share this video material on your Telegram or Instagram stories," Kadyrov stated.
