Bangladesh will need the support and cooperation of the international community in state-building.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by the country's interim government’s Foreign Minister, Touhid Hossain.

"As part of our national state-building efforts, we need the support and cooperation of the international community. We greatly appreciate the positive and constructive statements from our international partners after the formation of the interim government," the minister noted.

He also stated that the new authorities of the republic will develop friendly relations with all countries in a spirit of mutual respect and understanding of common interests.
