The U.S. and some Western countries, through their indifference and support, are encouraging the Israeli regime to continue its crimes.

Axar.az reports that Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian made this statement during a phone call with Cardinal Pietro Parolin, the Secretary of State of the Vatican.

Pezeshkian praised the Vatican's stance on supporting global peace, stability, and security and urged it to play a more active role in stopping the Zionist regime's crimes in Gaza, lifting the blockade of the enclave, and providing humanitarian aid.

He also recalled the killing of Hamas Political Bureau chief Ismail Haniyeh in Tehran and emphasized that Iran reserves the right to punish aggressors in accordance with international law.
