Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that he plans to present a victory plan to U.S. President Joe Biden and is awaiting his approval. However, if Biden rejects this plan, Ukraine has a backup plan.

Axar.az reports that Zelensky made this statement in an interview with The New Yorker.

“Ukraine has been living under a B plan for many years. The A plan was proposed before the full-scale war began. At that time, we called for two things: preventive sanctions and strengthening Ukraine with various types of weapons,” Zelensky said.
