Former U.S. President Donald Trump, during a campaign rally in Juneau, Wisconsin, continued to spread disinformation and personal attacks less than 30 days before the November 2024 election.

Axar.az reports that his rhetoric included false claims about disaster relief funds, with specific attacks on Vice President Kamala Harris, accusing her of sending billions to foreign countries while providing inadequate aid domestically.
Trump also falsely suggested that the federal government was playing politics with disaster relief. His inflammatory comments, particularly targeting Harris, a frequent subject of his personal attacks, were aimed at energizing his base, despite concerns from his advisers that these attacks could alienate key voters, especially women.
Trump's messaging at these rallies is largely similar to his 2016 strategy, mixing disinformation with warnings about election fraud. He continues to claim that Democrats are cheating, setting the stage to contest the election results if he does not win.
His attacks on Harris have also included racial undertones, suggesting that she was chosen for political correctness and ridiculing her intelligence. This approach, while intended to resonate with his core supporters, is raising concerns about its impact on broader voter groups, particularly in key swing states.
