The actual transfer of nuclear weapons to Kyiv could be considered to be tantamount to an attack on Russia.

Axar.az reports that Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council, made this statement while commenting on ongoing discussions in the West about the possibility of transferring nuclear weapons to Ukraine.

He stated that the consequences of this move are clear.
