Turkiye's renowned football referee Juneyt Chakir will visit Baku.

Axar.az reports that the former referee, who currently serves as the head of the Referees Committee of the Georgian Football Federation, has been appointed for the European club match of "Qarabağ."

He will perform the function of referee inspector for the match between "Qarabağ" and France's "Lyon" in the fifth round of the UEFA Europa League group stage, which will take place in Baku. The UEFA representative for the match will be Aristeidis Stavropoulos from Greece.

It should be noted that the "Qarabağ"-"Lyon" match will take place at the Tofig Bahramov Republican Stadium on November 28 at 21:45.
