Russia closely follows situation of journalists held in Baku

The detention of Russian journalists in Baku is completely inconsistent with generally accepted norms and the spirit of bilateral relations.

Axar.az informs this was stated at a briefing by Russian Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov.

"We hope that very soon, through direct contacts with the Azerbaijani side, we will succeed in securing their release," he said.
