Axar.az reports, citing Anadolu Agency, fires that started in Kuyucak neighborhood of Menderes, Doganbey neighborhood of Seferihisar, and in Antakya have spread over a wide area due to strong winds. As a precaution, many residential areas in the affected regions have been evacuated.

Although there has been no loss of human life, a large number of animals have perished.

Currently, both aerial and ground resources, including equipment and personnel, are being mobilized to extinguish the fires in all four provinces.
