EU to consider sanctions against Georgian officials

The European Union (EU) confirmed that it will consider new measures against Georgian government officials at the meeting of foreign ministers on December 16.

Axar.az reports that this was stated in the statement issued by the European External Action Service.

It is emphasized in the statement that it was the activity of the ruling Georgian Dream Party that caused the EU accession process to actually stop.
