As a result of a successful operation carried out by the Free Syrian Army (FSA) in Manbij, the fate of the Suleyman Shah Tomb, located in a region cleared of PKK/YPG terrorists, has been determined.

Axar.az reports that, citing Turkish media, the area of Karakozak, where the tomb was previously located, has also been cleared of terrorists as part of the FSA's operations.

Thus, a path has been opened for the tomb to be relocated to its old site.

It is worth recalling that in 2015, the tomb was at risk due to intensive attacks by the ISIS terrorist organization. Therefore, with the participation of 39 tanks, 57 armored vehicles, 100 trucks, and 572 personnel, a large-scale operation was conducted to move the historic tomb to the Eshme area on the Turkiye-Syria border. After the FSA's successful operation, the tomb is expected to be moved back to its original location.
