Turkiye resolves conflict between Ethiopia and Somalia

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has made a statement regarding Turkiye's mediation efforts between Ethiopia and Somalia.

Axar.az reports that the President made these remarks during a speech in Erzurum.

"We did everything we could, and they did not disappoint us. After a 7-hour meeting, the issue was resolved. I will visit both countries at the beginning of 2025," he said.

It should be noted that thanks to Turkiye's mediation efforts, the leaders of Somalia and Ethiopia have agreed on resolving the conflict between them.
