Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky’s children—his daughter Aleksandra and son Kyrylo—are staying in Kyiv.

Axar.az reports that Zelensky mentioned this in an interview with an Italian television channel.

He stated that his children staying in Kyiv serves as an example to others:

“They are in Kyiv. They live through this war with other children. During sirens and missile attacks, they go to shelters in schools and universities. But this is the reality. I am very glad that they are in Ukraine. This is an example for others. If we don’t see children on the streets, if we don’t see their eyes, then the question arises: who are we fighting for? We are fighting for our children’s future and their values,” he emphasized.

It is worth noting that Volodymyr and Olena Zelenska have two children—19-year-old Aleksandra and 11-year-old Kyrylo. Their daughter is studying law in Kyiv, while their son is still in school.
