The EU fears that Donald Trump will be inclined to hold talks with Vladimir Putin over the heads of Europeans regarding the Ukraine conflict.

Axar.az reports that this information was shared by "Euractiv."

"Europeans want to make sure they have a seat at the table in any future Ukraine peace talks, but they run the risk of getting only a folding chair," the report says.

U.S. President-elect Donald Trump said on Jan. 9 that Russian President Vladimir Putin wants to meet with him, and that preparations for the meeting are underway.
