Johnny Depp's jewelry company was taken over by a cunning businessman from Armenia.

Axar.az reports that citing Mash telegram channel, he registered the documents in his own name and tried to force the Hollywood actor's girlfriend to become the brand’s face.

The businessman’s name is Narek M. According to Depp’s 28-year-old girlfriend Yulia, he gained her trust and registered the Solomon brand under his name. Then he confronted her, saying, "You are just selling your face to attract customers, while everything else belongs to me."

The girl left Russia and stated that she would not open online or offline stores. She insists that her and Johnny’s names should no longer be used for promotional purposes by the Solomon brand. According to her, she plans to start a new business, but not in Russia.
