Nearly 743 Armenian cargo trucks stuck at Lars checkpoint

Nearly 743 Armenian cargo trucks are waiting in line at the Upper Lars checkpoint.

Axar.az reports that this information was released by the North Ossetian Road Traffic Organization Center.

In total, 2,746 trucks are in line.

The Lars road has been closed since the night of February 17 due to worsening weather conditions in Georgia.

Notably, the Upper Lars road is the only land route connecting Armenia to Russia through Georgian territory.
