Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov will visit Turkiye on April 12 to take part in the Antalya Diplomacy Forum.
Axar.az reports, citing TASS, this was announced by Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova during a briefing.
"On April 12, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov will visit Turkey at the invitation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkiye, Hakan Fidan, to participate in the fourth Antalya Diplomacy Forum," the diplomat said.
According to her, Lavrov is expected to deliver a speech during the event and hold bilateral meetings with foreign counterparts. "Key international issues will be discussed, including the situation in the Middle East, North Africa, the South Caucasus, and the Black Sea region, as well as current topics in relations with individual countries," Zakharova noted.
