Turkish police have detained 105 people suspected of involvement with the ISIS terrorist group.

Axar.az reports this was announced by Turkiye’s Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya.

“As a result of operations carried out in 23 provinces, 105 individuals suspected of being ISIS members have been detained,” he stated.

The raids were conducted by regional security units, including in Ankara and Istanbul. The detainees are particularly suspected of financing the terrorist group and promoting it on social media.
