The South Korean Air Force has suspended almost all flights after an attack aircraft lost its machine gun containers and empty fuel tanks.

Axar.az reports that the Ryonhap agency reported this.

“It has been decided to impose restrictions on the flights of all its aircraft, except those conducting reconnaissance operations or on combat duty,” the report said.

The decision led to the suspension of the large-scale “Flag of Freedom” exercises currently being held in Korea with the participation of the United States. About 1,100 military personnel from both countries, as well as 90 aircraft, are involved in the exercises. The exercises are expected to continue tomorrow.
