The Russian army is trying to create the impression of a general ceasefire, but it is not giving up its attempts to advance and inflict losses on Ukraine.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

"From 18:00 yesterday to midnight, the Russian army fired 387 times and attacked 19 times. The Russians used drones 290 times," he said.

Zelensky, referring to the report of the Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian army, Oleksandr Syrsky, noted that the Russians continue to fire and attack:

"In various directions of the front line, 59 shots have already been fired from the Russian side, and five attacks have been recorded."

In addition, artillery strikes and the use of drones have been recorded in the Kursk region. It was noted that Ukraine, in turn, is responding adequately to the other side.

According to Zelensky, Ukraine will continue to act transparently:

"If we summarize the initial results, there is no complete ceasefire on the front yet."

It should be noted that Russian President Vladimir Putin declared an "Easter ceasefire" in the Ukraine-Russia war yesterday.
