It is necessary to put significantly more pressure on Russia in order to achieve results and start real diplomacy. With each such attack, the world becomes more convinced that Moscow is the reason the war is being prolonged.

Axar.az informs this was stated by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on May 24, commenting on another massive Russian assault.

According to him, parts of Russian missiles and drones are currently being neutralized in Kyiv.

"At night, there were many fires and explosions in the city. Residential buildings, cars, and businesses were damaged again. Unfortunately, there are wounded. It was a difficult night for all of Ukraine: 250 attack drones, the vast majority of them Iranian Shaheds, and 14 ballistic missiles. The Odesa, Vinnytsia, Sumy, Kharkiv, Donetsk, Kyiv, and Dnipro regions were affected. All targets were civilian. There are fatalities. My condolences to the families and loved ones," the president said.
