Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan condemned the heinous terrorist attack on the Mar Elias Church in Damascus.

Axar.az reports “We will not allow Syria to be dragged into a new environment of instability caused by proxy terrorist organizations. We will continue to support Syria in its fight against terrorism,” he noted.

“I condemn the heinous terrorist attack on the Mar Elias Church in Damascus, the capital of Syria. I extend my condolences to the families and loved ones of those who lost their lives, as well as to the Syrian government and people, and wish a speedy recovery to the injured.
