Kremlin: Putin and Lukashenko are always in touch

Alexander Lukashenko and Vladimir Putin are in constant contact and do not have a problem with lack of communication.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.

"They are always in touch. Including telephone communication. Therefore, there is no problem of lack of bilateral relations," Peskov said.
