Croatian President Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic has embarked on an official visit to Azerbaijan.

A guard of honor was arranged for the Croatian President at the Heydar Aliyev International Airport decorated with the national flags of the two countries.

Croatian President Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic was welcomed by Azerbaijani Deputy Prime Minister Yagub Eyyubov, deputy FM Nadir Huseynov and other officials.

President Aliyev welcomed President Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic. The national anthems of Croatia and Azerbaijan were played. The presidents reviewed the guard of honor.

State and government officials of Azerbaijan were introduced to President Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic, and members of the Croatian delegation were introduced to President Ilham Aliyev.
