A welcoming ceremony was held by our command of the 14th Mechanized Rifle Brigade for the personnel of the Azerbaijan Armed Forces to participate in the "Heydar Aliyev-2023" joint live-fire tactical exercise dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the birth of national leader Heydar Aliyev.
