The photos of Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan from the CIS Heads of State Summit held in Moscow yesterday have been met with hysteria in the Armenian media.

Axar.az reports that the Armenian media claims that the photos showing Pashinyan bowing before the Azerbaijani flag, as well as appearing to adjust his jacket while bowing in front of Azerbaijani leader Ilham Aliyev, were released to humiliate the Armenian prime minister.

It was noted that these photos were taken and distributed by Kristina Kormilitsina, a photographer for the Russian president. Her intention in sharing these photos was also to portray Pashinyan in a poor light.

Kristina Kormilitsina, born in 1984, studied journalism at the Russian State Social University and later photojournalism at Moscow State University. She was named Russia's best photographer in 2015 and is also known for her films about the Karabakh conflict.
